Introductory Discovery Conversation
For parents...we'll spend 20 minutes or so for you to share a bit about your child & where support may be needed. We'll briefly discuss the Deep Dive to
determine if a comprehensive document review might be our initial steps. We'll also discuss whether Navigation Flex for as-needed direction and support might best address your needs. And sometimes it's a combination or hybrid support as your needs and situations change. We can also schedule an initial 60-minute consultation to discuss more about your child and concerns to provide you with initial recommendations and steps.
For employers...we'll discuss the Employer Solutions, focusing on what's happening in your company or organization related to working mothers/caregivers, the support they're receiving, where you believe gaps and opportunities to address retention issues exist, and where we can address additional supports or resources including leadership and/or managers education or individualized assistance to help support working mothers/parents with neurodiverse children and exceptional caregiving needs that have been hidden from view.
Everything is based upon you, your child, your family, and/or your company or organization, focusing on determining how best to support you and your needs and flexible options to navigate the path forward.
